Hoof Prints On The Heart is nestled into 160 acres just north of Aneta, ND. It was founded to help others find freedom, independence and belonging through horses! All while giving their riders the chance to make that impossible dream possible. We strive to provide a safe, supportive and upbeat environment where people can enjoy horses and the outdoors. Our barn is a place where all ages and experiences can learn new skills, build self confidence, have fun and leave rejuvenated after quality horse time. We hope to see you soon!

SERVICES
All riding sessions are geared towards the individual’s desires and where they’re at in their horse journey. From complete beginners with no experience, to those seeking the love and cuddles of a horse, to the rider wanting to advance in their horseman skills.
Camps are all about fun with the horses! From decorating contests to horseback activities, horse crafts, bonfires and more!
Earn your Girl Scout or Boy Scout Badges at our barn! Hoof Prints on the Heart Equestrian Center invites your troop to visit our barn to learn and experience the world of horses.
Our Field Trips include a hands on experience of horses, from grooming, to riding, to treat feeding, and learning about horse care. And let’s not forget seeing the buffalo, petting the cats and dogs and more farm fun!

Meet Savannah
Savannah Syverson, owner
As a young girl with the weight of the world’s expectations, I was drawn to the unconditional and affirming love of my horse. A hoof print on my heart was placed to help others now experience that bond of horse and rider – a freedom to trust, to hope and to love again.
I was born and raised on a buffalo ranch located just outside of Aneta, ND. From a very young age, horses have been my life. My dream has come true now that I get to share my passion with others. In 2016, I was North Dakota’s 3D NBHA Grand Champion and 2 time NBHA World Championship Qualifier. I don’t compete as much these days, as my focused has shifted to sharing the gift of horses with others!
Growing up, horses have taught me many life lessons of responsibility, dedication and resiliency. Each day, I help my riders break down barriers and build trust so they can learn new skills and gain a connection with their horse. Riders learn coordination, responsibility, work ethic, focus and a positive attitude, while building confidence in themselves and establishing a growth mindset. Encouraging my students that dreams are attainable: step by step, stirrup by stirrup, starting again and again, until they have reached their goal.

January 22, 2019 Savannah is an amazing instructor. She is kind and caring with her students. Both of my boys have taken lessons starting at the ages of 3 & 4 years old. The lessons are not just riding on a horse. Savannah incorporates horse anatomy, care, tack & knot tying into every lesson. I have a child who lives with anxiety and he has flourished in Savannah's lessons demonstrating increased confidence and independence. I HIGHLY recommend Hoof Prints on the Heart Horse Lessons!

My 3 girls have been getting lessons from her for a very short time, but they have gained and learned so much, not only about horses, but about themselves!! January 23, 2019 My kids love taking horse back riding lessons with Savannah. She is very patient with them and teaches them everything they need to know to be safe while riding horses! Some of my kids favorite things to do at lessons are paint the horses hooves and learning tricks! I highly recommend Hoof Prints on the Heart for a safe and fun time on the farm playing with horses!
